What this does and does not do

It matches your text against {COUNT{'}'} Thai words and phrases taken from the Sabai Thai course, longest match first. A word it does not recognise comes back as Thai with no romanization rather than a guess - inventing a romanization for an unknown word is worse than admitting we do not have it.

It is not a full Thai word segmenter. Thai is written without spaces, and splitting it properly needs a dictionary model. This does a good job on course vocabulary and an honest job on everything else.
